Bo Hagerman, President of BOTI
Bo offers a creative perspective on architectural design, working both as a professional artist and designer. He has studied extensively both art and architecture in Europe and the United States and has developed a unique appreciation of modern and historical buildings and their relationship to the built and natural environment.
He has won several industry awards for design as well as innovations in architecture and construction and has been featured in several publications and journals. Additionally, he was a key player and principal in the development of the enhanced integration process of project delivery utilizing technologies and methodology improvements to save both time and money resulting in a digital twin forming a platform for multiple uses within an overall enterprise. Few people can combine the creative, technical, and business sides of the profession and make them work together as Bo does.
Rich Conyers, Principal
Rich leads the St. Louis, MO branch of BOTI. Rich is a licensed architect in states throughout the Midwest and Southern U.S. He specializes in hospitality and multi-family design with a background in construction and residential development. In his free time, Rich enjoys spending quality time with his family, riding motorcycles, creating new recipes, and traveling the world. Rich enjoys finding the intersection of passions and creating unique projects that consider user-experience, constructibility, and impactful development.
Jason Gundy, Studio Lead
Jason specializes in project management at BOTI Architecture, and brings over 30 years of experience in guiding projects in all sectors and sizes; from smaller programming projects, through post, and construction services.
Jason’s knowledge and leadership of project delivery make him an indispensable leader on any project.
In his spare time, Jason enjoys almost anything outdoors; and can most easily be found on hiking trails, rivers, or wilderness adventures of any kind.
