Bo Hagerman, President of BOTI

 Bo offers a creative perspective on architectural design, working both as a professional artist and designer. He has studied extensively both art and architecture in Europe and the United States and has developed a unique appreciation of modern and historical buildings and their relationship to the built and natural environment.

 Bo has won several industry awards for design as well as innovations and architecture and construction and has been featured in several publications and journals. Additionally, he was a key player and principal in the development of the enhanced integration process of project delivery utilizing technologies and methodology
improvements to save both time and money resulting in a digital twin forming a platform for multiple uses within an overall enterprise.

 

Rich Conyers, Principal

 Rich leads the St. Louis, MO branch of BOTI. Rich is a licensed architect in states throughout the Midwest and Southern U.S. He specializes in hospitality and multi-family design with a background in construction and residential development. 

In his free time, Rich enjoys spending quality time with his family, riding motorcycles, creating new recipes and traveling around the world. Rich enjoys finding the intersection of passions and creating unique projects that consider user-experience, constructability and impactful development.

 

 

Josh Warren, Principal

 Josh is driven by a deep passion for the client experience and its ability to shape the world around us. He finds immense satisfaction in crafting spaces that not only meet functional needs but also evoke emotions and foster meaningful experiences. 

Looking towards the future, Josh envisions establishing a collaborative and knowledge-driven design practice. He believes that by fostering a culture of continuous learning and open communication, he can empower his team to create architecture that not only pushes the boundaries of design but also makes a tangible positive impact on the communities they serve.

 

Wilner Dubon, Principal

 Wilner Is the head principal in the Northwest Arkansas office and specializes in Multi-site based  construction projects. He has worked on several major multi-site retailers such as Walmart and 7-11 convenience stores. A large proponent of the arts Wilner is also a major connoisseur of craft beer, and makes his own. Wilner also enjoys mountain biking and hiking the trails of northwest Arkansas.

 

 

Jason Gundy, Studio Lead

Jason specializes in project management at BOTI Architecture, and brings over 30 years of experience in guiding projects in all sectors and sizes; from smaller programming projects, through post, and construction services. 

Jason’s knowledge and leadership of project delivery makes him a indispensable leader on any project.

In his spare time, Jason enjoys most anything outdoors; and can most easily be found on hiking trails, rivers, or wilderness adventures of any kind.
